so, i went to see Dorje, the drills (phil x’s band) and stormborn last night.
then phil x convinced Guthrie Govan to get on stage with them, and play superstition. was beyond crazy. after seeing this i think i may as well never play guitar again aha.
also i was mighty impressed at the set of pipes phil x has on him, i knew he was a hell of a player but never realised what a good singer he was also. met him afterwards too and he is super rad and really nice too.

the gig was fantastic, as usual for guildford the audience mostly sucked and stood rooted to the spot for the whole gig. but stormborn played a great set, the drills were obscenely good, and dorje was fucking amazing. (they got the captain from andertons up on stage to play a song as well which was cool)
